Shinhotaka no Yu is a day-trip bathing facility located in Shinhotaka Onsen.

The changing rooms are separate for men and women, but this is the only mixed-gender open-air bath among the day-use bathing facilities.

*From July 2025, wearing a swimsuit or a bath towel will be mandatory when bathing.

In response to the recent decline in bathing etiquette, starting in July 2025, bathers will be required to wear a swimsuit or a towel (large enough to cover the body) when bathing. In addition, we will be strengthening surveillance patrols, and those violating the etiquette may be refused entry to the baths, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
